🚨 Emergency Pick Submission

This form is ONLY to be used if you experience technical problems with the survivor site (Picks not submitting or working, login errors, page not loading, etc.).

⚠️ It may NOT be used as a substitute for making your normal weekly pick. Abuse of this form may result in disqualification.

🚩 It is your responsibility to make sure you do not submit a team you already picked. Submitting an already picked team will result in a team loss if not corrected before the pick deadline.

Rules for Emergency Picks

• ❌ Not for regular weekly picks — use the main site for that.

• ✅ Emergency submissions will be reviewed and processed manually.

• ⏰ Must still be submitted before the weekly deadline (Sunday 12:00 PM CT, unless otherwise noted).

• 🛠️ Provide accurate entry and team information — incomplete forms will not be accepted.
